Description
Dhanyamla is a traditional fermented rice-water beverage from eastern India, consumed as a cooling, mildly sour drink.
Fermentation process
- Cooked rice water mixed with spices
- Allowed to ferment naturally for 1–2 days
- Beverage consumed fresh
