Description
Nunu is a spontaneously fermented milk traditionally produced in northern Ghana and consumed as a beverage or with cereals.
Fermentation process
- Fresh raw milk collected
- Fermented naturally at ambient temperature
- Fermentation proceeds for 1–2 days
